Brand Comparisons

The best of the best

Find your top competitors. Evaluate them with balance and fairness. And stand out from the crowd.

Comparing brands is both an art and a science. With comparison pieces, you can guide customers to solutions that genuinely help them while building trust in your brand. The key is structuring your comparisons so LLMs will pick them up. Think FAQs, brand vs. brand comparison tables, and first-person reviews.

Reviews

The best reviews are deep dives into a specific product or service. Hands-on testing and personal experience are best, but I can work with product documentation, battle cards, rating sites, and other research.

Anthem Medicare Advantage Review

Anthem is part of the nationwide Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) network of health insurers. This
company offers plans in 14 states and made the U.S. News list of “Best Insurance Companies for
Medicare Advantage 2019” in three of those states. The average Medicare Advantage Medicare
Star Rating is 3.7 out of 5.

If you’re looking for HMO or PPO plan options that include Part D drug coverage, Anthem Blue
Cross Blue Shield could be the right choice for you.

Breeze Disability Insurance Review

Breeze provides an easy, online application process, much like Haven Life, Ladder Life, and Bestow do for life insurance, except Breeze sells only disability insurance. Breeze was founded just a short time ago (in 2019) and is the first disability insurance provider of its kind.

This company is part of Assurity Life Insurance, which has been around 130 years. Under the Breeze brand, Assurity offers long-term disability insurance. This coverage pays policy owners a salary if they become disabled and unable to work for a long time, usually several months or years. Since Breeze is so new they don't yet have an A.M. Best rating, however, Assurity has a great score of A-
on A.M. Best.

Best Universal Life Insurance Companies

Universal life insurance is often the most flexible type of life insurance you’ll find, but it’s not as common as term life or whole life. Still, there are enough options on the market to give even the most conscientious consumer a headache while trying to sort through them all on their own.

That’s why we did a ton of research to put together a shortlist of the best universal life insurance companies. While we can’t tell you who your perfect match is without getting all up in your business (we’ll leave that to your insurance agent), we can give you a solid starting point.

Below is our list of the best universal life insurance companies. We awarded five individual awards and included four honorable mentions for a total of nine solid insurers for consumers looking for a universal life policy.

Decreasing Term Life Insurance vs Level Term Life Insurance

Decreasing and level term are the two most common types of term life insurance, and their names refer to the policy’s death benet. Decreasing term life insurance has a death benet that will lessen over time. Level term, however, has a death benet that remains the same the entire time you have the policy.

With both types of term life insurance, your premiums will remain the same, but how much your beneciaries receive may differ between these two types of coverage.

While level term is more common than decreasing term, your goals will determine which of these policies is best for your circumstances. Here's what you should know when considering level term and decreasing term life insurance.
